The Regional Library Service (RLS) model provides professional library services to contracted health organizations. The RLS supports all hospital personnel and contributes to patient care, education and research.
Mission
The Regional Library Service (RLS) provides high quality information resources and services for evidence-based decision making at each of its participating health organizations. Guided by the strategic initiatives of each participating health organization as well as professional library standards, the RLS supports patient care, education and research needs.
Vision
That decision-makers (clinicians, researchers, administrators, staff, and consumers) at RLS participation health organizations will have accurate and timely information, where and when they need it, and in the format they find most useful.
